The Arbitrum One network is fast, reliable, and inexpensive. It is the best way to send USDT or USDC to WBTek. Use the Arbitrum network if possible. A few other ERC-20 networks listed below will also work, though they cost more and the speed may differ. Avoid Ethereum mainnet though, as it can be much slower and far more expensive.
Transactions on Ethereum mainnet can take an hour and $200 when busy.
Please submit payments in USDT or USDC on these ERC-20 networks only:
Polygon (PoS – Proof of Stake)
Avalanche (C-Chain)
Binance Smart Chain (BSC)
Double-check settings and send a small test transaction
Whether you use a wallet or a centralized exchange (CEX), please make sure the correct network is selected and double-check the destination address to avoid losing funds. We recommend sending a small test transaction (e.g., $1) first as a precaution.
Please contact us after making a transfer
This helps us verify the transaction promptly and ensures your funds are credited correctly. Include your name, email address, USDT/USDC amount sent, network, time of transfer, and purpose. You can use the contact form for this. Note that verification is done manually during Tokyo business hours.
WBTek’s ERC-20 wallet address is:

Some basics about networks and “gas”:
Exchanges charge fees covering “gas” to send coins to wallets. To send USDT, a compatible network like Arbitrum is selected. If the wallet address is valid, the coins go there. The USDT shows if the recipient’s wallet software supports that network and coin. That network’s “gas” is needed to do more though.
Polygon’s gas is MATIC
Avalanche C-Chain’s gas is AVAX
BSC’s gas is BNB
What can go wrong:
Coins can be lost permanently if sent using the wrong network or address.
If the wallet software isn’t set up for a coin or blockchain, the coins might not display.
You need the right “gas” for a network to move coins. Without it they are “stuck”.
